First American Realty Medellin Sales and Listing Agents
Camilo brings some great skill sets to First American Realty Medellin. He is a Paisa but lived in Florida in early 2000 and received his Florida real estate license and worked in the Orlando area for several years before returning to his home in Medellin. He is trilingual (Spanish, English and French) and has a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from EAFIT University in Medellin and an Associate’s degree in Business Administration from Florida Metropolitan University.
Having grown up and lived in Medellin, Camilo knows the real estate market here extremely well and has been invaluable in finding new listings and networking with the local business community. Over the past four years he has become our top listing agent. Camilo also assists First American with airport pickups for our clients (little more than a taxi but nicer car with A/C and will assist with stopping for groceries, getting pesos and checking into your apartment). You can see his tour and transportation web site at http://www.medellincitytours.com/

Hailing originally from Sweden, Simon worked for 22 years in several different departments for the Swedish Government. As a sideline he served as head coach for the Swedish National and International basketball team. His university degree included an emphasis on law and taxation. He has held several sales positions and speaks six languages, Swedish, German, Norwegian, Danish, English and of course Spanish.
Simon met his Paisa wife in June 2009 and after falling in love with both her and Medellin, he moved here full time and, fortunately for First American Realty Medellin, decided to join us. He and his family live in the Envigado area and have a flat coated Retriever that is used in search and rescue training. Simon has picked up quickly on the real estate market here and brings a keen international understanding of what our foreign real estate buyers are looking for.
