Joe Greco is from the Seattle WA area and brings extensive experience in commercial real estate investments. His background is varied including countless home and condo renovations, apartment building ownership, condominium developments and property conversions. He also has experience with the development of retirement and manufactured home communities. Previous to his career in real estate, Joe was part owner and founding member of several high tech startup companies. He has a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from the University of San Diego.
With a background as an investor (not as a realtor or salesman), he is always evaluating purchase and investment options from the perspective of getting the best value and creating equity after purchase.
