Rent a nice room and walk to Parque Lleras for 1/3rd to 1/4th the price of a hotel room!
This secluded 4 BR two-level 4th and 5th floor mini-penthouse is the most affordable way to be near Medellin’s most popular destination - Parque Lleras. It is a great price break for no elevator (4th floor unit) and has lots of nice amenities. The unit has pleasing tree top views and views of the mountains. Besides Parque Lleras you are minutes away from many restaurants, supermarkets, gyms, shopping, casinos, night clubs and malls.
There is cable TV in all three bedrooms and a larger TV with DVD in the living room. Two bedrooms are located on the second level, and one bedroom is located on the first level. There is secure WIFI Internet for all and if you left your computer at home there is a guest office den with computer, (and includes a scanner, printer, MS Office programs, and headset for Skype). Local phone service is provided and Skype is available for those needing to make calls to the US (2 cents/minute). All utilities are included.
A fully furnished kitchen is available for all and includes a coffee maker, refrigerator, stove. The laundry room includes FREE use of washing machine for personal clothes, iron and ironing board. Maid service comes every day for the general areas and rooms are changed / cleaned weekly. Daily service for individual rooms is available for $5,000 pesos per day used.
Guest rooms all have private digital safes. Building has doorman, and 24 hour security. There is also plenty of guest-parking if needed. Rooms are non-smoking; however smokers may use the large balconies in the apartment to smoke. A small 150,000 peso security deposit is required in addition to the rental fee. The security deposit is refunded when the keys are turned in.
